This was left inside my mailbox today and I just realized it came in since it was Sunday I did think it would arrive until Monday but here it was listed as delivered. So I walked down and grabbed it from the mailbox and once I had it opened I knew I made a great purchase. I love the smoothness of the bowl I also like the fact that it can be used to help relax for any purpose. Ether just to relax or to help with aches and pains.
This is something that can be used just to help relax or during yoga practices. It can be used for other types of relaxation as well. For all ages and genders. I have never had one of these before but I plan to look up some beginner videos on youtube as well as look up some information online for this.
There are many things needed when making a yoga area at home but this is not one of them. I do think that this would be a great addition to any home gym that practices yoga or even an office area as well any place where you just need a few minutes to relax.
