I bought medium in this shirt and it is a good fit. The skull design looks very effective against the black of the shirt. The material, a cotton spandex, according to the lable is not the best quality but is better than I thought it would be and comfortable to wear. The shirt stands out in a crowd and my nephew loves the design.v
