The instructions were written in garbled English, but the idea of putting it together was easy enough.
Put the base together, put the top part on, then slide the middle in. Easier said than done. I think it would be much easier to put together with a second person. I did it by myself, but it took me three tries of the sides falling down to get it all in one piece.
Once I had it together, I loved it. Plenty of room, its surprisingly sturdy, and fits on a counter well.
I don't know what's adjustable about it and the instructions don't show more than one way of putting it together. The only adjustment I can figure is removing the middle basket? Maybe, and I mean maybe, you can put it in a different spot like the top? I'm not going to pop it all apart and try it though.
All in all, a good rack for the discounted price. Even at the going rate of 16.99, its not bad. I just wish they would hire someone who speaks English to write the instructions.
