Nice But Could Be Better

I actually really like the lights themselves, the colors are great and there are quite a few options which allow me to switch things up every now and then. The problems start with the adhesive that secures or is supposed to secure, the LED strip. The adhesive doesn't seem very strong. I find myself having to push the LED strip back down in at least certain spots almost every time I remember to check. So far the strip hasn't completely fallen off, but it seems like that may eventually happen even if I remember to press the strip back down as much as possible. From what I have seen, this seems to be pretty typical of LED strips, so I have a hard time deducting a star for that alone. The other issue I have with the LED lights is the fact that for some reason the lights respond to my TV remote. The LED remote cannot affect my TV, but when I use my TV remote it adjusts the settings for the LEDs such as changing the color, changing the mode, or setting them on strobe. This makes having the LEDs on while I am using my TV a bit of an issue. For this reason, along with the poor adhesive, I cannot give these lights 5 stars and must give them 4.
