Seems to be helping

I honestly do not know how to evaluate supplements because they seem like they are helping, but I have no way of honestly knowing. I picked up this set of two bottles of Immune Support Zinc supplements because I was told by someone working the frontlines in the hospitals with Covid patients that if we get sick the first thing we need to start on is Zinc, Vitamin C, and tonic water (not seltzer water, but straight tonic water which is nasty!). My entire family decided we needed to invest in Zinc and Vitamin C and to start taking them as preventative measures to help us prevent any problems. So we have been taking the Vitamin C for a few weeks and recently began adding these Zinc supplements to the daily routine. This set includes Vitamin C in it, but we are still taking it seperately as well. Our area has seen more than 100,000 cases of Covid and we are well over 100 deaths, with my own husband having weekly tests at work. My oldest son was exposed but luckily did not come down with any symptoms so we don't know if it is because of our proactive measures we took or simply not enough exposure, but none of us have come down with anything or shown any symptoms (and my husband has had 4 tests all come back negative since my son came home telling us he had been exposed by a friend). I will continue to pray my family stays safe and we will continue our safe practices of social distancing, cleaning, hand washing, and obsessive use of hand sanitzer, and we will ALL continue to use these supplements along with the Vitamin C. Whatever we are doing, we are remaining safe and symptom free. I have had no trouble with digesting these - no upset tummy, no discolored urine, nothing. So far so good!
