I was really shocked to find after using the 2 samples that I had lost 2cm around my chin.
The pad did heat up once it was on and did leave a prickly hot sensation for around an hour, this was not unbearable.
Only thing I would like to see is a proper colour photo on the instructions as I didn’t find the drawing that helpful.
