Excellent quality and do the job perfectly

I purchased these for fluid movement not for stress. I wanted to get the fluid out of my shoulder after an injury as it was restricting movement and causing extra pain. 

These have worked brilliantly. I get the egg clasp it and the roll it down my arm on a hard surface and then back the other way. 

I find using them as a massage tool over my shoulder also helps. The different densities enable you to start off slow and work up. 

These would be wonderful for hands and even feet. 

I highly recommend these. The quality is obviously very good. The design and colours are great. I now have them in a bowl by the bedside table and I must admit they brighten it up. 

They even entertain the cat the throw them and they bounce off in all different directions.
