No Instructions

Come in a nice little carry case but this is cheaply made and wont last long. Hand grips feel ok and easy to adjust the resistance to build up your grip strength, finger stretcher is cheap and wont do a great deal as with the excercise rings look and feel like toys i buy for my dog. Grip ball just feels like a stress ball toy under the disguise of being a hand excerciser. All in all these are cheaply made items in a cheap case and no instructions for use, no where near worth the price tag put on them maybe about 25% of this.
