I received this and was very well packaged. I opened it and took it out ..... I was a little disappointed at first then got to looking at the video on the page and realized I had to open it and fluff up each of the three sections. It is compressed down a LOT for packaging. It is as thick as they say once you do that. And my 12-year-old lab Gangster loves the height and size of it. Sturdy zipper and easy to remove the cushion for washing of the cover. Great price for this and it is worth every penny.
