The headset has a good build quality, feels stiff and not flimsy at all.
I was skeptical of the integrated sound card with USB connection because I always use my own dedicated sound card with 3.5mm jack connection. However, I was surprised on how good the sound quality was which was better than most of the headset I had at this price point and even compared to my current headset that cost over 2x more.
The bass is something I never had with other headsets because it actually rumbles like a mini subwoofer.
The microphone is adjustable, not visible when closed, works, and sounds clear but needs to be on max volume.
The headset has a braided cable but not just any braided cable because it is also covered with a protective tubing over it.
When looking at the settings on PC, I noticed it even has a virtual surround sound setting.
Finally, the headset has LEDs, volume controls on the side, and a switch to turn off the mini subwoofer.
Packaging:
• Headset was in branded retail box with features on it.
• Includes a manual.
Pros:
• Good build quality and not heavy.
• Bass is like it has a mini subwoofer on the sides of your head.
• Nice sound quality compared to other headsets at this price.
• Braided cable that has extra tubing/PVC that covers it.
• Earpads cover the ears
• Controls on the headset and has a surprise virtual surround setting
Cons:
• Kind of stiff and the top part of the ear has a small gap maybe because I extended all the way.
Comments and/or Suggestions:
• Did not expect the USB headset to be that good compared to 3.5 mm headset used with dedicated sound card..
Bottom line: Overall, A nice USB headset for the price with a very good sound quality and a great bass.
