I have another pair very much like these and absolutely love them!  To be honest, not sure why I don’t have several pairs. 

These are perfect for the kitchen.  I use them on my home grown green onions and parsley mostly but, they can also be used on Basil, Dill, Rosemary, Chives, Mint, Cilantro, scallions, salad and even mushrooms and peppers.  I love the way the cut in such uniformity and using fresh from the garden or store is much better than dried herbs.   These help reduce the mess that a cutting board and knife method cause. 

The scissors are pretty heavy duty with a solid sized hard plastic handle. Clean up is a breeze.  This pair comes with a handy cleaning brush that really works well to get the remaining bits between the blades.  After that, they can be put in the dishwasher or like I do, run under hot soapy water, rinse with clean hot water and set them out to dry in the open position. 

I think out of my list,  “Favorite things in the kitchen” this one is pretty close to the top 5.   I do own a LOT of kitchen gadgets so, that is actually saying something.
