I was sent a colleague one which was no good to me as I'd ordered a neighbour one. First I got asked to send a picture , which I did. Only to get told their warehouse doesn't have colleague ones and questioned whether I'd bought it from them. I then sent a picture of amazon tracking which matches the tracking in the envelope for the wrong item.
then all I got was a message saying they'd refunded the amount. I don't like being made to feel like I'm a liar due to someone else's mistake. Also I wanted the correct item rather than a refund but that wasn't offered unfortunately. Very disappointing
