Very disappointed

While the design for the German shepherd is less to be desired the engraving is even worse. The engraving is not at all that was presented on their page. The letters could have easily been larger and should have been centered at the very least. I have tried to make contact with the company but have not gotten a response. I did give them time to respond before I had decided to post a review. The name I had given is only 4 letters while on their page the name has 5 so there should be no reason as to why it is done so poorly. I have included the photo of what I got and a photo on their page so you can determine the large difference. The so-called engraving is extremely light and not deep at all and is in white which means you can barely see it unless you are up close and it can be rubbed off after a few weeks of having it on them. Front and back are the same in white, unlike the photo in their sample.
