In continuation of my previous review of the cheaper converter, I had also bought this adaptor by Natol. It was a bit more on the price, costing $13, but I wanted to give it a try and possibly use this one as the ‘main’ monitor that will become my primary after I finish getting what I need for my laptop to desktop conversion.
First look, the packaging was nice and was properly packaged inside a box to keep it and the contents secure. Inside you got the converter, a 3.5mm audio cable and a micro usb cable as well (which was a nice little touch, in my opinion).
The adaptor does not feel cheap at all, from the cord to the nice aluminum casing. It has also a nice feel to it from touch. It also have a audio jack as well as the micro usb port (while I didn’t need these features, it really is nice to have the option if I do need it).
Plugging it in was very easy and had no issues getting it up and running. For this adaptor I was not presented with the “Input Not Supported” error (but I suspect this is because I had adjusted the settings from testing the other adaptor).
Overall I am probably a bit more pleased with this one. Pay a little bit more and you get something that’s much better quality.
I give this one a thumbs up!
