Perfect for our camper!

Why did we wait so long?! We bought a travel trailer over the summer and have been cooking on the outdoor gas burners. My husband heard about the Blackstone griddle and wanted to get one, but we hemmed and hawed over it for a while. I finally splurged on it, and we love it. This has been the BEST purchase for our camper. He loves to cook on it, and usually prepares all our meals on it (what a treat for me!) The cooktop is similar to the hibachi grill or what you'd see at Waffle House. Very easy to clean up and has even heating. He prepares hash browns for breakfast when we're camping, and it's the best ever. Tonight he's making glazed salmon, and tomorrow cheesesteak sandwiches are on the menu. It's a good life at the campground, partly thanks to the blackstone!
