These soft silicone comfort shock absorber insoles are great for athletes as well as people that have to be on their feet all day long. They are very comfortable and sturdy, soft yet very firm. They are larger than I expected but with a little trimming they fit well into my husbands shoes. He really likes them and thinks the support is amazing. The arch is perfect for his feet and fits him well.
