Cut, Dice or Minced

This does it all.  If you pull it once the vegetables are cut, pull it twice and they are diced pretty well and if you pull it a third time they are minced.  My kitchen outlets are limited and for one person there is no great need to bring out a big food processor when this definitely does the work for me without electricity.  I used this for chopped up salad, for making tuna salad with celery and for egg salad which it really mixed it well with four pulls on the pull string.  The uses for this are endless and I can see this being a huge asset for me in the kitchen with everything from onions to garlic.  Cleans up very easily and just put it back together for easy storage.  The box includes a pad to wash out and an extra set of blades which I thought was a great idea.
