i always suffer with shoulder pain and neck pain due to my job... I’ve often used an ibruprofen cream and begged for a massage but I rarely find comfort from it
this was recommended to me and for the price I had morning to lose... it came well packaged and was a great size for covering all areas of my neck
it was really quite brutal and I’m not gonna lie it really hurt for a while ... once it had been pummelling and massaging for a while I could feel the knots dispersing... with the heat on it was pure heaven
The heat makes it more effective apparently so I use it... the rollers can massage alternative directions and there’s 4 modes to choose from
you really can tell the difference when it stops but it’s fabulous especially the day after when you feel relief
It can be used on other areas also... I’ve concentrated on my bit and thighs..getting that blood flowing to break down the fat!
