I am a gym rat, and workout every day. Around 5 months ago I injured my right knee. I didn’t want to have shots in it, so used creams, and a knee brace. When I saw the Adjustable knee brace support – GROOFOO Non-slip & Human mechanics Knee Brace Sleeve Wraps for Outdoor Activities, Tear, Bursitis, Arthritis, Joint Pain Relief, Injury Recovery – GF033, I figured it was worth a try. As you can see in my photos, you place it on your knee, and then pull the Velcros straps across the bottom, and top.
The first time I did it they were loose, so the next time I pulled them tighter, and had a little bunching in the front of the wrap. I am 5.6 inches, and weigh 110 pounds of muscle, so maybe it wasn’t made for me. When my husband tried it, and he is 60 pounds heavier than me, it fitted him perfectly. Therefore I would suggest that if you are medium through extra large, this should be perfect for you.
It is a little thicker than the one I have been wearing, so the quality is excellent. Please note that on Amazon it says wraps, but there is only one.
