Cheap, and has all the bells and whistles?

These are very nicely braided which is great for its lifespan since it is going to be a lot harder to break these earbuds. The 3.5mm jack is gold plated which mean it won't oxidize as fast so they last even longer. And come with 3 different ear tips so you have the right ones for your ears. It comes in a nice little clear box which a magnet on it which works pretty well for keeping the clear box closed.
