Cute, decently made clothes

With little missie turning 4 next month, I decided to start buying up some small packs of Barbie clothes to start a collection for her. I figure if I buy a little here and there, by the time we buy her a Barbie, she'll have a good assortment to pick from and use to dress her dolls in. This set has 15 items in it - 5 sets of clothing and 10 pairs of shoes. I am not looking foward to finding small Barbie shoes all through out the house, but know it is part of having a daughter and it will happen. The clothes in this assortment are not bad. Some feel a little flimsy and I know they will quickly be ripped as little hands try to force them on dolls, but most are well made and seem like they may hold up longer than the others. I was not overly pleased with the way they were shipped. They came in one cellophane baggie that had everything mushed in together. Because of that I couldn't get some of the clothes to lie flat. I tried to finger press the wrinkles out and fold them the other way. I even resorted to placing them under heavy books to press them. I was afraid to try pressing them with a steam iron, though, for fear that I would damage them. I did spray them with water and then put them under the book again until they dried to be able to take the pictures I got here. As for the shoes, I am not sure how easy some of them will be to put on the Barbie feet. I remember all too well how some shoes were much harder to put on than others, and some of these look near impossible. Unfortunately, I do not have a Barbie to be able to test them on, so am not able to comment on how well the shoes (or for that matter, the clothes) fit. But I have hopes that they will work for us when we are ready to use them! There are some cute items in this assortment that I would have enjoyed playing with when I was younger.
