This is a great quality lunch tote insulated bag. It is roomy and easy to carry. It has adjustable and shoulder straps when needed. I like to use it without it. I can store big container with ease. I did not need to cramp it in. There is still plenty of spaces left. I love the double insulated because it does keep my food cold for a long time. The extra insulated water bottle was great! Since my bottle do not have a handle to carry and this one fit my bottle perfectly and easy handle to carry too.
