Yes, I tore the corner of one of my sheets because I wanted to find out for sure if it was paper or vinyl. It IS self-adhesive paper. I'm not sure why it says foam in the item description but it definitely is not foam. Also, you should know this is the kind of glitter that doesn't shed. I don't know exactly how but it's kind of like it is a very sparkly foil finish that looks incredibly glittery. The project ideas are filling my head now and I honestly feel like I need another pack to fulfill my glitter destiny. Definitely recommend.
