~ What ~
Made of food-grade plastic, this set includes 56 various cookie cutters in the shapes of the alphabet, multiple sizes of gingerbread men, Christmas trees, and candy canes, bells, and hearts, plus a snowman, stocking, star, bear, duck, dog, dinosaurs, and other various themes. The cut-outs measure from approximately 2.4 inches to 4.9 inches. No care or cleaning instructions are included, and they arrive in a cellophane bag.

~ Why ~
Having 4 grandchildren under age 6 years old, I love doing crafts with them, so this is a fun one that can be enjoyed throughout the year. Whether decorating for Christmas, Valentine's Day, or just making fun cookies, the colorful molds can also be used in creative ways such as cutting out sandwiches and food or using with Play-Doh or clay. They also can teach a young one the alphabet with spelling and reading. I like that they are a large size so easy for little children to handle and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.

~ Why Not ~
Some may not like working with plastic and prefer metal cut-outs, but by using a little vegetable oil on them, the cuts should be cleaner and crisper. Others may not like the many Christmas-themed ones and may prefer other holiday or animal choices.

~ Wish ~
I wish the letters were a little bit bigger so easier to handle.
