Perfect for healthy nails

Purchased this on advice from a nail tech and I can honestly say its the Best nail file I've ever used! Really fine so you can go both directions across the nail without snagging. Having always used a traditional emery board I found my nails weak and flaky, especially as I’ve got older ...using this for a month & It's left the ends of my nails really smooth and I think it's making my nails stronger. My nails used to peel at the ends with other files but it hasn't happed since using this..superb quality and durability. I'm buying another to keep in my hand bag.
