I have been wanting one of these sharpeners since the first time I saw them on television. I finally got around to ordering one and boy am I glad I did!!! This thing has put a sharp edge on everything I put to it. I have trie regular paring knives, steak knives, serrated knives, scissors and fillet knives. I can't say enough good things about this sharpener and would definitely recommend it to everyone.
