No aftertaste

With previous 2 pregnancies I was taking Nature Made Prenatal Multi with DHA 200 mg and they were fine. Once I found out I am expecting I bought same vitamins and it did not taste the same. They have "improved" their formula and now it tastes fishy. It had an unpleasant aftertaste but I dealt with it until I started getting morning sicknesses then I couldn't take it anymore. Just the thought of having to swallow it made me gag and wanting to throw up. So I went online on a quest to find non fishy tasting vitamins. I was debating between this and Vitamin code and chose this since it was on lightening deal and also found discounted prices on other site where I got few boxes.

Overall I am very pleased with it. It has all the essential vitamins and minerals with higher doses for healthy pregnancy plus higher DHA which is essential for babys brain development. It cost more $27.98 through eBay with 250mg DHA 2 ce a day 120 softgels vs $15 Nature Made (from Costco) 150 softgels 1ce a day 200mg DHA. Why I chose to pay extra? I am 36 with 3rd pregnancy and things don't feel the same, I feel pains and aches and known fact: back to back pregnancies/periods of lactation can deplete even a healthy mom of nutrients very quickly and I haven't been eating healthy nor taking vitamins since I stopped breastfeeding my second child. So I wanted to make sure I get the best vitamins plus eating healthier and trying to get enough rest and stress less.

Dark spots on softgels mentioned by some customers are Not mold. Description says: black dots are to be expected as a natural reaction between Iron and Vitamin C bonding together rest assured that as long as the product is within the expiration date and stored in proper condition it100% safe and effective.
I googled that info and it seems to be correct! softgels that contain those components do indeed show dark spots dew to oxidation.

Also, not every body is same. You might be more sensitive to some components or higher dosage of vitamin than other women. If you have discomforts after taking prenatals do discuss that matter with your health care provider.
