Okay love this so far. It's great for lighting candles because it bends and reaches the wicks no matter where. That sure makes it easier not to burn your fingers. This is great for candles, fireplace, BBQ...
Mine came fully charged. All four blue indicater lights are lit.
It comes with a few warnings. One is a little bothersome because it is vague.
Don't drop it. Don't stab it, and don't connect the charger beyond allowed charges. Not sure how many charges are allowed? Does it mean don't overcharge after it's fully charged or once it stops charging properly after it's lifespan not to keep trying to charge it?
It says that it could lead to explosion! So I will be sure that I do not overcharge it or keep trying once it's not charging good any longer. 'Beyond above allowed charges' could use a little more elaboration. I hope everyone uses it safely!
It says it takes about 2 to 3 hours to charge and to remove the device after fully charging because the overcharge will shorten the life of the battery.
Keep out of direct sunlight.
So definitely this is worth it to light candles easily and without fuel which I really like.
But I think it should be taken seriously as something to use with proper caution and care. It also has a safety switch but not much to it. A child could easily push it. Just keep out of reach of children like anything of this nature. Everyone use safely please!
This would make a very nice housewarming gift along with a candle.
