This product works great, just as advertised. I am very iffy about supplements as I have sensitive stomach and if I don't like the smell or taste then nothing is going to make me take it. Once I opened it I didn't like the smell and had it sitting on the shelf for a while. My husband who's been working out like a maniac everyday took over my product and he had noticed that it has been benefiting him and told me that I must try it too. Knowing me he suggested for me trying a smoothie with the powder already mixed in it. I did and to my surprise I didn't taste or smell the product at all, all I tasted was the yummy smoothie. Now I kick myself for not taking it from the start but luckily we can purchase more online. The company also has this product in capsules I might try that next.
