Handy sewing kit!  We hand sewned the skirt for my daughter on our road trip. The hooks on my my wife’s favorite brassiere had a good run but were broken, bent, and in need of replacing. She does’nt sew, but I’m the handyman type I guess so she asked me to see if there was anything I could do. After examining the broken and bent hooks and figring out what was needed, I ordered this sewing kit and some replacement hooks. I kinda had to figure it out as I went along because prior to this, the most I’ve ever sewn were buttons. This kit had everything I needed to open the seams so I could extract the worn hooks and sew in new hooks. Her favorite brassiere is now in perfect working order, and maybe I earned some brownie points, I dunno. But I really like taking on challenges and fixing stuff and most importantly I love my wife and derived a genuine sense of joy from saving her prized undergarment. Good purchase.This kit will be good for anyone needing a small travel kit for small repairs or repairs around house. You get what u pay for in it has everything I personally need but the quality of the items aren't the highest, though if I were to buy better quality of each piece the price would be a lot more. Case to contain everything is nice but can be hard to get stuff back into the case especially if you have bigger hands. Lots of thread included and extra threads that don't fit in the case(refills). Though I don't see myself using all the thread provided in all the colors ever but good to have around.
