These are great for planning meals, storage or freezer. I like to make my lunch for work a couple of days ahead to make things easier and put them in these containers. They are also great for when you are on a diet you can plan and portion your meals. They stack well in the fridge and are easy to clean. Basic black color Dishwasher Safe and BPA-Free.
