Bought this for my Mother in Law for Christmas. Although the packaging states only neck and shoulders, it actually works for the back also. Easy to operate, sufficient heat and comfortable. Didn't feel the wires sticking into me through the fabric when using. Doesn't take too long to heat up as advertised, multiple heat settings are easily noticeable.
I love the auto shut off feature incase she may forget it is running. Very Happy with the item.
