Great for grilling veggies

I used these grill mats last night on the grill to cook up some mushrooms, green beans, and vidalia onions. Boy did they come out delicious. The food did not stick to the mats at all and still came out with that awesome grilled flavor. I did add butter for flavor, but it is not necessary.

The instructions say these can be cut to desired size which I should have done. I overlapped the edges a bit, and they stuck together. When I pulled them apart a bit of the non stick coating peeled off on the edge. This is not a big deal though. I will just cut off that edge, and not overlap them again. The mats washed easily with warm soapy water.

These would make a nice gift for anyone who loves to grill. I also look forward to using these in the oven for cookies and other baked goods.
