Always wanted video door bell as our door doesn't have spy hole to check who us outside. Arrived quit fast even it was shipped from China. Setting was straight forward and took about 10 min. Battery last long enough . The only negative side is that from pressing botton to getting a call on phone takes about 8 -10 sec. Video and sound quality is good too.all in all have no regret buying this. In fact will get one for parents for Xmas.
