Arriced next day bixed.  With full instructions i found it very easy to set up and was very pleased with how sturdy the strap is .  I got this to get me moving more so by watchung steps etc.  It will motivate me more.  Excellent and good value.  No different than my sons brand named one except this one is more realisticly priced.
