I like that it came with the batteries charged. I was able to use it right away as it was an emergency. The stand it comes with is awesome because I can just sit it on the bathroom sink. This is the first hair clipper I’ve owned that I could do that. I normally just toss them into the drawer. It also comes with a sack for travel. My favorite thing is the battery display. Too many times I have had a hair clipper die while I was using it. I no longer have that problem with this one
