I soooo wanted to love this product as I have a huge makeup collection that desperately needs organizing. Unfortunately, the organizer arrived with a few cracked pieces and could not be assembled. I contacted the vendor and they were super attentive and sweet and promptly offered a refund. I will definitely reccomend this vendor to others and I will probably search to see what other items they have that I might need. Amazing customer service goes a long way!!!
