The Hula hoop came packed in nice box which shows that it can be used even for 3 year olds ( just need to remove one of the links). Easy to set up and the colours are bright. It's not heavy at all. Plenty of time and usage.
The downside is that the plastic is easily bendable and I was keep fixing hula hoop for my girls. The links became queit loose after couple of days. Not top much of quality I would say
