Upon buying this headset i thought it looked great reviews were pretty good aswell.
Im a very honest reviewer so im not gonna suger coat things!
Recieved item in good timing, boxing looked good etc headset looked good on 1sr glance we were using for xbox one s. Headset was pretty easy to plug and play away. After as few days we started having problems with one side of the headset the sound wasbt coming through and the mic was playing up. I did contact the seller through amazon but ive not had a response from them at all. Its a shame really as i was lookibg forward to these being as good as other reviews.
Only other thing i would have to complain about is the cable really a pain in the bottom, we dont tend to plug in the usb bit to light it up as its just more hassle.
Overall the headset is good but i think there could be more inprovements and commuication from seller.
