The Iphone  wallet case surprised me by not being as bulky as most that I have seen around in stores.  The Iphone fits in the case snuggly, is flush with the screen and is sleek.  The material does not seem to be leather.  It feels like it is a vinyl type but not in a bad way.  It is soft and has a grain to the material.  The only issue I have found with this case is the slots for credit cards and licenses are quite small.  I did not force the credit card in the slot, I was afraid I would tear the slot.  The driver license slot is too small not only in width but in length.  But these are issues that can be worked with and still use the phone case.  It does come with a wrist strap that hooks on or can be folded into the wallet itself.  The strap does not seem too sturdy, I am not sure that I would try to carry using the strap.
