I have always admired the nice embroidery patterns my friend is making. Therefore, I have decided to start learning to embroider hence I considered this embroidery kit for beginners to be helpful as a start.
The kit contains one plastic embroidery hoop,
a few coloured threads,
embroidery needles,
embroidery cloth with a printed pattern
and instructions.
The instructions are very useful in describing how to make each needlepoint for the embroidery pattern.
The embroidery cloth can be fixed in the embroidery hoop which tightness is adjusted with a metal screw.
In this way, it is easy to hold the embroidery cloth and to apply the stiches.
This embroidery pattern can be washed off after finishing the piece of embroidery. When finished, the embroidered cloth can be framed in the embroidery hoop and hung as a home decoration. The only downside I found with this kit is that some of the coloured threads, especially the green colour, does not seem to be enough to finish the pattern.
This embroidery starter kit is useful to teach needlepoint to adults or children. It can be used to entertain children or as a nice gift for any occasion.
