This toaster is really ahead of its time. First...large slots...big slots...like Texas toast big! Settings are simple..and it even has a defrost mode. Perfect if your waffles or strudel pastries are frozen and if this feature is used..it will knock out the chill and let them cook properly before it burns. So many waffles look overdone and still cold on inside...that ends with this. I have a new friend in the kitchen...time for a pop tart!!!
