So in theory, this is a very cool tool. However, after using it on a couple pieces of hair I quickly realized it was not releasing all of the strands. Several hairs were pulled out in the process. However, automated hair tools are new to the industry so with a slight adjustment to prevent the hair pulls, this product will be a number one seller.
