It is lightweight and can be used with A/C power. The flexible connector allows the unit to connect to the computer in many formations making it convenient to use on the go. This all-in-one hub is essentially the same size as one Apple adapter so my bag is lighter. It looks just like my Macbook as well which is just another added benefit. So, it's worthless for my purposes.
