I used these patches to construct a birthday gift for a six year old and they were great! The patches that you receive are what you pay for. They look amazing, however there are definitely thread lines that I had to cut as the finishings of the patches are not perfect. There was also the issue of adhesion where the backing of the patch is pulling away from the adhesive. The backing appears to be a felt-like material and it was stratified in a way. I eventually ended up sewing around the edges of all the patches to fix the issue - time intensive. The edges would definitely pull up over time and would never stand a wash. Overall, for the price of the patches I was very happy. They look great on the Birthday Gift!
