My daughter is seven and absolutely loves making videos or taking photos of her daily life. I love that it helps her express herself and encourages creativity. I wanted to get her a durable and waterproof camera of her own to use. I purchased this kids action camera and she loves it. We chose the pink option with a camo print design. The camera comes with a waterproof case, a helmet mounting kit, a bike handle bar mounting kit, a hand strap, an instruction manual and a USB data/charging cable. The camera requires a MicroSD card (up to 32GB) to take videos and photos. The card is not included so be prepared to have one on hand so the kids can start using the camera right away.

The camera has up to a 1.5 hour continuous recording time on a full charge. The camera has a 1.77 inch LCD screen. The camera also has a CMOS image sensor, featuring professional HD 1080P/30fps videos and 5MP photos, built-in 40 photo frames, 7 color video modes, 4X digital zoom, burst shooting, time-lapse photo, face recognition, manual brightness adjustment, 3-level volume adjustment and a mini game. The camera can be used underwater when encased in the included waterproof case so it is perfect for swimming videos and waterparks. We intend on taking this camera with us to the beach and on a cruise we plan on taking during our holiday vacation. The manual did not include any instructions for the accessories that came along with it for mounting the camera on a helmet or bike handle bars but it was simple enough to figure out by looking at the pictures on the product description when ordering. 

I like that my daughter can view her photos and videos directly on the camera's LCD screen or hook it up to the computer to transfer the files for editing and uploading to her YouTube channel. It is also helpful that the camera can be mounted on a tripod (not included) to help her get hands free video. This camera is recommended for kids ages 4-12 years old. This is a good quality kids camera with tons of features available at a great price.
