The MKG Adjustable Rolling Pin with Silicone Baking Mat is really nice! It’s easy to use, it works well, and I love that it comes with a baking mat. The adjustability of this rolling pin is a dream for anyone who desires to get the perfect dough thickness. It comes with three different adjustable sizes, and it is very easy to adjust the height by unscrewing both ends and sliding on the desired size rings.
The construction of the rolling pin is quite nice. Since its stainless steel it seems to stick less than a traditional wooden rolling pin and its easier to clean. Additionally, it has measurements directly on the pin itself; which is extremely nice.
This set comes with a really great silicone baking mat. Some of the words on the baking mat are a little hard to see but it otherwise is really nice. It’s very thin, has a lot of good measurements, and it can be used in a variety of ways including being used in the oven. Since the silicone has a good tack it sticks really well to the table when rolling out dough which is helpful.
Overall this is a really nice adjustable rolling pin set. It’s easy to use, it works well, its easy to clean, and the baking mat is such a nice addition to this set. I would definitely recommend it.
