I am middle aged which means I do have a small amount of cellulite on my body. Mainly around my hips & thighs and of course my arms. I have noticed a difference since I purchased these body massage cups but there is a technique. Only squeeze the cup a slight bit, this effects how tight & the amount of skin which is treated. Don't be alarmed if you see some bruising, it actually indicates it is working.
