Barely usable. Not worth the money.

When this product arrived, I unzipped the garment bag and the zipper came off in my hand. There was no way to reattach it. The same thing almost happened with the next one. The bags had no top or bottom zipper stoppers. I don't like to write bad reviews so I contacted the seller. They told me they had upgraded bags they were shipping out soon. Two weeks later... nothing. I contacted them again and they stated they were now under no obligation to give me anything. After I quoted then, they reluctantly said they would send new bags, in a size larger. The new bags arrived without zipper stoppers as well. This gets one star for their unfinished products and rude customer service.
