I was really excited when I found these shoes, I has been looking for lightweight slip-ons to wear for the summer. Unfortunately, when I went to select my size (7.5) the closest size available was 8.5. Since every shoe fits different, and I'd never tried on a shoe made by this company before, I took a chance and went ahead and order the 8.5. To my extreme surprise, when the shoe finally arrived, I couldn't even get my foot in the shoe. The shoe is sewn so that there isn't enough room around the top of the foot to be able to actually slide your foot in even half way. I tried stretching it overnight, putting coconut oil on my foot, and nothing worked. And this was while I was barefoot! Forget even trying to put them on while wearing socks. After 2 days of failed attempts to even be able to put these shoes on, I ended up returning them and getting my money back. Maybe if you have abnormally small feet and order two sizes up, these might actually work for you. But I have very normal size 7.5 average feet, and there's nothing I could do to get my feet into these shoes.
